Do not stay
In general: I had a room booked 2 months before my travel date. 2 queens beds room. They called me the night before the date of my arrival saying they didn't have that room for me so now it was to late to cancel without penalty. We arrived on the day we were supposed to to find out that the pics of the room are outdated. The bed is very uncomfortable and more like a double. We had 2 nights booked and asked if we could just stay one and be refunded for the second night and we're told no refunds. The rooms are small, dirty and very disgusting. We ended up leaving the next day asking again for a refund for the second day and being told again no refunds. Apparently they need the money more than I do because I lost a day rental to not have to stay there. Location and surroundings: Good Service: Sucks and very bad customer service. Dining: Ok Sports and leisure: Good Room: Dirty, disgusting,stinks and loud. Useful tips: DON'T STAY HERE!!!
